The Vindicator is reporting this morning that the 2010 Men's Basketball Schedule features road contests at Akron and Kent State, as well as an early season contest against ACC power North Carolina State. This news confirms what we reported on May 11th when we reported the Battle for Northeast Ohio was still intact.

-YSU redshirt freshman guard Sheldon Brogdon from Warren G. Harding High School, where he averaged 19 pgg, has been given clearance by doctors (ACL) to begin basketball activities.
-YSU Women's Basketball Coach Bob Boldon has offered the Director of Basketball Operations position to Canfield Boy's Basketball Coach John Cullen.
